OUR POLICIES AND RETURN INFORMATION

SHIPPING

  • We do our best to get orders out in a timely manner, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped! 
  • We ship via USPS and UPS carries. You will receive your tracking number via email or text. 

LOCAL PICKUP

  • Local pickups are usually ready within 1 hour!
  • These orders can be picked up at our physical location (5600 E Virginia st suite A, Evansville, IN 47715)
  • Our return policy goes by the date of your purchase for these orders. Our return window is 10 days, so if you pick up on day 10 you will not be eligible for return.
  •  We ask that you pick up your order within 2 weeks of ordering.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

ALL RETURNS ARE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY!!

  • BOURBON BARREL BOUTIQUE ACCEPTS RETURNS of unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise, that is not a final sale item.
  • Returns must be sent to us within 10 business days from the date your order. 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN.

  • You, as the customer, are responsible for purchasing your return shipping label at your desired carrier.
  • To make a return, items must be sent back to BOURBON BARREL within 10 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items must be returned with tags and undamaged / unworn. If items are returned without tags or are damaged, your return will NOT be processed, and you will not receive your store credit compensation.
  • INCLUDE your packing slip with the items you are returning circled so we can be sure we have the correct customer information and we have received the correct items.
  • Please email your tracking information to bourbonbarrelb@gmail.com so we can be on the lookout for your return!

  • ANY and ALL customs fees for packages going in or out of the united states.
  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. You can file a claim with your carrier.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

  • If there are any issues, such as damaged to item purchased or you have  recieved the wrong item, please send clear photos of your items to bourbonbarrelb@gmail.com WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY
  • We will review your email and send a prepaid label for a return.
  • You have 10 days to ship the return back to us once we have sent you your prepaid label.
  • If the item is not sent back by 10 days your items will no longer be accepted

STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR DAMAGED GOOD.

THERE ARE NO EXPECTIONS FOR THIS POLICY.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography, indoor / outdoor lighting, and device resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. Please take this into consideration while purchasing. Only items that are not FINAL SALE are eligible for returns.
